Items removed by our team become our property and we reserve the right to dispose of them as necessary.

We are not responsible for any damage to property during the removal process.

Our team will not remove any hazardous materials, including but not limited to asbestos, chemicals, gas, oil, medical waste, wet paint, and explosives.
